Services.
Six services that cover building the product, running it, managing the business around it, and getting the word out. Each one below says who it is for and what we build.

AI Automation
Most companies have a few jobs that eat hours every week: answering the same support questions, reading invoices, sorting leads, writing reports from spreadsheets. We build AI systems that do those jobs, check their own output, and hand off to a person when they are unsure.
What we build
- Support and sales agents connected to your CRM, inbox, and WhatsApp
- Document extraction for invoices, contracts, KYC files, and forms
- Search over internal documents using pgvector or Pinecone
- Fine-tuned or self-hosted models when data cannot leave your network
- Evaluation suites that catch regressions before a prompt change ships
- Cost and latency tracking per workflow

Cloud DevOps
Slow deploys, surprise cloud bills, and midnight outages usually trace back to infrastructure that grew without a plan. We rebuild it as code, automate the release process, and set up the alerts and runbooks your team needs to sleep properly.
What we build
- Migrations from shared hosting or on-prem to AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Terraform for every resource, so environments can be rebuilt on demand
- Docker and Kubernetes where the load justifies it, simpler setups where it does not
- CI/CD pipelines with automated tests and one-click rollbacks
- Monitoring with Datadog or Grafana, plus on-call runbooks
- Cloud cost reviews: unused resources, oversized instances, and missing reservations

Software Development
We build the products customers touch: marketing sites, SaaS dashboards, e-commerce stores, and iOS and Android apps. Every project ships with technical SEO in place, so pages are fast, indexable, and readable by search engines and AI assistants alike.
What we build
- Next.js, React, and Node.js web applications
- React Native and Expo apps for iOS and Android from a single codebase
- Payments, subscriptions, and invoicing with Stripe and regional gateways
- REST and GraphQL APIs, plus integrations with third-party services
- Technical SEO: structured data, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals, and AI search visibility
- Admin panels and internal tools your staff can use without training

Business Solutions
Off-the-shelf tools often force a company to change its process to fit the software. When that cost gets too high, we build the system around your process instead: your approval steps, your reports, your rules. We also connect the tools you already use so data stops living in five spreadsheets.
What we build
- HRMS: employee records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and UAE-specific documents like visa and Emirates ID expiry reminders
- CRM: lead capture, pipeline stages, follow-up reminders, quotes, and sales reporting
- ERP modules: purchasing, invoicing, accounts, and approvals
- Inventory and warehouse management with barcode and QR scanning
- Project, task, and field-service management with mobile access
- Booking, ticketing, and customer portals
- Role-based access, audit logs, and exports to Excel or your accounting software

Digital Marketing & Ads
We run marketing the way we run engineering: set up the measurement first, change one thing at a time, and report what actually moved. That includes paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat, alongside the SEO and website work that lowers your cost per lead over time.
What we build
- Paid ads on Google Search, Performance Max, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Landing pages built and tested for each campaign
- SEO and generative engine optimization so you show up in Google and in AI answers
- Conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, server-side events, and CRM sync
- Email and WhatsApp follow-up flows
- Retargeting, creative testing, and monthly budget reallocation
- Arabic and English campaigns for UAE and GCC audiences

Branding
A brand is more than a logo file. We define how the company sounds and looks, then turn that into assets your team can reuse without calling a designer every time. The result feels consistent whether someone finds you on Instagram, in a proposal, or inside your app.
What we build
- Brand strategy: positioning, audience, tone of voice, and naming
- Logo design with primary, compact, and single-colour versions
- Colour palette, typography, and usage rules
- Brand guidelines document your whole team can follow
- Social media templates, pitch decks, and business stationery
- Website and app UI kits so the product matches the brand
- Rebrands that keep recognition while fixing what feels dated
Questions we get asked.
Yes. Plenty of clients only need an HRMS, or only paid ads. Services also work together: a new product with its brand and a launch campaign is a common bundle.
It depends on scope, so we do not publish a price list. After a short call we send a written estimate. Projects with a clear scope are fixed price. Marketing, DevOps, and ongoing support run as monthly retainers.
A single business module like a CRM or leave tracker takes about 4 to 8 weeks. A first app or website release is usually 6 to 12 weeks. An AI prototype can be on real data in two weeks.
Not always. If a ready-made tool fits how you work, buy it, and we will tell you that. Custom makes sense when your approvals, reports, or integrations do not fit a standard product, or when licence fees per user are adding up.
You pay Google, Meta, and the others directly from accounts in your name. Our fee is separate, so you always own the account and its history if we ever stop working together.
Every project includes a bug-fix window. After that you can handle it in-house with the documentation we hand over, or keep us on a monthly support plan.
Yes. We can work with existing systems and code. We start with a short review of what you have, so we can tell you what is worth keeping and what is not.
